Brochure websites take 24 hours to deliver from the moment you provide us with all the necessary information. It may be that there is a que as the service is often overbooked, you will be notified when your turn comes and when the work starts it will be ready in 24 hours.
All payments are paid upfront.
Generally all payments are non refundable to some extent as taking on your project means we have turned away someone else and that is valuable time we cannot redeem.
However there are cases where we are the ones who fail to meet deadlines we do issue a refund, however there are third party charges we cannot refund.
No refund will be issues for difficult customers who just want to find fault or who feel entitled beyond what their fees allow. If you want unlimited changes and have more custom demands we will need to quote you for a custom job and we are more than happy to meet the demands of a demanding client until they are satisfied.
